igt toscana rosso
As in other noble wine regions, the specification for the production area allows the Toscana Rosso (and Bianco) IGT appellation to be “non-vintage”, if referring to a blend of different vintages in a percentage higher than 15%. Hence the qualitative choice to make a fresh and pleasant wine, consistent over time, a wine that is always recognisable even in future harvests. The wine-making technique therefore envisages the use of the last vintage associated with reserves stored in the cellar.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Syrah, Merlot.

WINE-MAKING AND AGEING
Short passage in French wood with subsequent refinement in the bottle to better blend the tannins.
Vibrant red with purple reflections
Still red wine. On the nose marked by aromas of fresh red fruits; the bouquet evokes scents of violet and vanilla with toasted notes. On the palate, fullbodied with a vibrant and fruity style, slightly tannic with good intensity and persistence.
Slightly fresh, it ideally accompanies an appetiser of cured meats and fries. Pleasant with red and white meats, poultry, excellent with pasta; ideal for convivial occasions.
