As it happens in other noble wine regions, the disciplinary for the production area allows the appelation I.G.T. Toscana Rosso (and Bianco) to be “not vintage”, if referred to a blend of different vintages in percentage higher tham 15%. Hence the qualitative choice of making a fresh and pleasing wine that is constant over time; a wine always recognizable even in future harvests. The vinification technique therefore involves the use of the last vintage associated with the reserves stored in the cellar.

Sangiovese vinified in white, Vermentino.

10-15 years.

6 months in steel followed by a variable period in glass, in order to preserve the freshness.

Pale straw yellow with slight greenish reflections.

Perfect when combined with a fresh aperitif. It pleasantly accompanies fresh pasta, catch of the day and seafood, as well as various dishes based on white meat.
